We are a team of professionals, from various fields and we are also well focused doing the best we can to train, to employ, to promote, to support young people in the unfavorable areas in order to change for the better and improve their life perspectives. Our professional staff has training in several areas and the following skillset: One of the most important characteristics of our staff is the teamwork. They are also very goal oriented, communicative, problem solving and creative persons. Two of our staff have previous experience in non-formal learning and young counseling. They also are experienced in multiculturalism and diversity. Other members of our staff are experienced in research, drafting, planning and process implementation. They have been working for many years in business and non-profit sector in project management and organizational management..
Who are we
Edu Innovation is a non-profit organization founded in 2019 aiming to support solidarity, citizenship awareness, socialization, exchange of experiences and information between young professionals, and persons from vulnerable groups mainly in rural areas.
The NGO aspires to be a stimulus for the institutions that are responsible for the development, integration of young professionals and students into the labor market, cooperating with them through contemporary projects ideas in order to promote and support free professions of tradition and private initiative of young entrepreneurs.
We believe in strengthening the direct participation of people in decision-making through raising awareness for the rights of young professionals and students. We give credence to the cooperation with public and private institutions, civil society, other NGOs for the inclusion of people with special needs in social life.
